This policy describes how MakeAndUpdate processes, retains, and secures data in the course of providing web development and related services.

Processing

We process data only as necessary to deliver your project: contact details for communication, project briefs and assets for design and development, and technical configuration for deployment. We do not use your data for marketing or third-party sharing beyond what is required for delivery (e.g., hosting or domain providers).

Retention

Project and contact data are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter for support, legal, and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us; we will comply subject to applicable law and ongoing obligations.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. Access to project and client data is limited to personnel who need it to perform their role. We do not sell or broker your data.
