1. Digital Goods & Services
Due to the nature of digital products and professional services provided by MakeAndUpdate, all sales are considered final. Once a project has been initiated, a digital asset delivered, or consulting hours performed, we cannot provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Service Retainers
Retainer payments for ongoing maintenance and support secure dedicated time within our production schedule. These payments are non-refundable as they represent the reservation of resources that cannot be allocated to other clients.
Client Satisfaction
While sales are final, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with a specific deliverable, we will work with you through our standard revision process defined in your project agreement to ensure the outcome meets the agreed-upon specifications.
3. Custom Development
For custom development projects, payments are structured around milestones. Approval of a milestone constitutes acceptance of the work performed to date. Subsequent payments are non-refundable once the associated milestone work has commenced.
