How long does a typical project take?

Most websites ship in three to six weeks from the kickoff call. Timeline depends on the scope, how quickly content and feedback come in, and the platform. I'll give you a concrete schedule before we start, with milestones so you always know where we are.

Will my website be easy to update?

Yes. Every site includes a handoff session with documentation. If it's WordPress or Shopify, you can handle routine updates yourself. For more complex changes, my monthly support retainer has you covered.

Do you work with WordPress, Shopify, and custom code?

All three — plus GoDaddy, Squarespace migrations, and fully custom PHP or HTML/CSS/JS builds. I recommend the platform based on your goals, not my preference.

What happens after my site is live?

You get training, documentation, and a 30-day post-launch window for fixes at no extra charge. After that, ongoing support is available as a monthly retainer — content updates, performance checks, security patches, and more.
