Common questions

Web design FAQ

How long does a web design project take?+

Most engagements run 3-6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Complex builds with custom integrations or e-commerce can run 6-12 weeks. We share a concrete timeline before any contract is signed.

Do you use templates or build custom?+

Every site is custom-designed for your brand and conversion goals. We do not retrofit templates. The design system is built around your content and audience, not the other way around.

Will my site work on mobile?+

Mobile-first is non-negotiable. We design and test on real devices and budget for Core Web Vitals on 4G connections. Most of our sites score 95+ on PageSpeed mobile.

Do you handle content writing?+

We provide structured content briefs and editorial guidance. For full copywriting, we can bring in a vetted partner or work with your existing writer.

What happens after launch?+

You own the site and the code. We offer optional retainer maintenance (see Website Updates) for content updates, security patches, and performance tuning.
