What does a maintenance retainer include?+
Monthly retainer covers content updates, security patches, plugin/dependency updates, broken link fixes, backup verification, uptime monitoring, and a monthly performance report. Larger feature work is scoped separately.
Do you work on sites you did not build?+
Yes — we take on retainer clients regardless of who built the site originally. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, custom React, Vue, or HTML. We do an initial audit before starting.
How fast is your turnaround?+
Critical issues (site down, security breach, broken form) within 4 business hours. Routine updates within 2 business days. We share a clear queue and status so you always know what is in flight.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Retainers are month-to-month with 14 days notice. No long contracts. If we are not earning the retainer, you should not be paying it.
What is NOT included in a retainer?+
New page templates, custom features, redesigns, and large content migrations are project work scoped separately. We will always tell you when something exceeds retainer scope before doing it.
