FAQ

Questions, answered honestly.

Cost, timelines, technology, what is included — the things every business asks before starting a project.

How much does a website cost?

Every project is scoped and priced to you — you get a fixed quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises and no meter running. Websites, redesigns, and ongoing plans are all quoted this way; automation & AI workflows start at $2,250. Send a few details and you will have a real number within one business day.

How long does it take to build a website?

Most websites ship in about one week, and first looks turn around in as soon as 24 hours from the kickoff call. Timeline depends on the scope, how quickly content and feedback come in, and the platform. I will give you a concrete schedule before we start, with milestones so you always know where we are.

Who will I actually be working with?

Me — Nicholas Cabel. You work directly with the person who designs and writes the code. No account managers, no handoffs to junior developers, and no agency overhead on your bill. One person, accountable for the whole thing.

What do you build websites with?

Most sites are hand-coded — clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that loads in under a second. When you need to edit content yourself, I build on WordPress or add a simple dashboard. I pick what fits your business, not the trendiest framework.

Will I be able to edit the site myself?

Yes, if you want to. Every site can come with a simple dashboard so you can change a price, update your hours, or post an announcement in seconds — no code, and no waiting on me for every word.

Do you offer SEO?

Yes. Technical SEO is built into every site — fast load times, schema, sitemaps, and a clean structure — and I offer ongoing SEO management to help you rank for the searches your customers actually make.

Do you do automation?

Yes. Beyond websites, I build automations for the busywork — lead capture, follow-ups, bookings, invoicing, and AI chat. Tell me what eats your time and I will show you what can run itself.

Do you work with existing websites, or only build new ones?

Both. I do redesigns, rebuilds, speed and security fixes, and new features on existing sites. Plenty of projects start as a rescue, not a rebuild.

What if I do not have a website yet?

That is a great place to start. I will build your first site from scratch, get you found on Google, and set you up to take calls, bookings, and orders.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes, two ways. Monthly plans scoped to your site cover updates, monitoring, security, and backups. Or choose pay-as-you-go: no monthly fee, and you only pay when you actually request a change. Either way, the cost is quoted up front.

Do you offer a free audit?

Yes. Send your website link and I will send back a free, personal write-up by email — what is slowing it down, what is quietly sending customers to competitors, and the fastest things to fix. No sales call, no spam.

What areas do you serve?

I am based in West Chester, PA and work with small businesses across the Greater Philadelphia area and the tri-state — restaurants, salons, barbershops, landscapers, and more. I build for clients beyond the region too.

How do I get started?

Send a few sentences about your project through the contact form. I respond within one business day with either a fixed quote or a short call to scope it properly.
