How fast can my website launch?
Simple websites can be optimized and ready to view within 24 hours. Most websites go live in 2–3 days from kickoff, depending on scope — larger builds get a concrete schedule with milestones up front.
Is there a post-launch guarantee?
Yes — every launch comes with a 30-day change guarantee. For 30 days after your site goes live, you can request small changes and tweaks at no charge.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — most projects require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remainder due at launch. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each cycle. I confirm all payment terms before work starts.
How do monthly plans work?
You choose a plan, we kick off with a quick onboarding call, and I handle the agreed scope each month. Plans run month-to-month — no long contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Can I pause or cancel my plan?
Yes. Monthly plans can be paused once per year or cancelled with 30 days notice. No penalties. If your needs change, we can also switch plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, credit/debit card, and ACH. Invoices are sent via email with a payment link. For recurring plans, I can set up auto-pay so you never miss a cycle.
