What does a monthly support plan include?

Each plan covers a set number of update hours plus ongoing maintenance: uptime monitoring, security scans, plugin and platform updates, and backups. Basic covers 1 hour of updates a month, Growth covers 3 hours plus performance optimization and priority support, and Pro covers 6 hours plus advanced optimization. Every plan is priced to you, with a fixed quote before anything begins — and bigger feature work is scoped separately.

What if I barely touch my site — do I still pay monthly?

No. For a finished site you rarely change, choose Long-Term Idle Support: there is no monthly fee. You only pay for the hours you use — quoted up front — when you actually request a change or fix. It is the low-commitment option for a site that mostly just needs to stay online.

Do you work on sites you did not build?

Yes. I take on support clients regardless of who built the site originally. I do a quick look before starting so we both know what we are working with.

How fast is your turnaround?

I reply fast, usually within one business day. You always know where a request stands — no black box, no chasing me for a status.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long contracts. If a plan is not earning its keep, you should not be paying for it.

Can I make small edits myself?
