Who it’s for

  • Retail, service, and professional businesses in King of Prussia and Upper Merion.
  • Montgomery County owners who want to work directly with the builder, not a sales rep.
  • Anyone whose current site is too slow to compete in a busy local market.

Tailored to you

Every project is scoped and priced to you — most local sites land between a focused 5-page build and a fuller custom site. Fixed quote before any work begins.

Projects built for the King of Prussia market

Two of my builds serve KoP directly. Pura Fiesta is a party- and event-rental business: bounce houses and event gear delivered and set up across King of Prussia, Montgomery County, and out to Hershey. Their site is built around the question rental customers actually arrive with: is the thing I want free on my date, and can you get it to me? CNI Western Hardscaping & Landscaping covers the same territory for patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living, with a project gallery doing the selling and a lead form doing the capturing.

You can see both, live, on the recent work page.

What competing in KoP actually looks like

King of Prussia is not a sleepy main street. Upper Merion packs a national-scale mall, a dense corporate corridor along 202 and the Schuylkill Expressway, and a steady flow of people who do not live here: commuters, shoppers, and business travellers. That changes what your website has to do:

  • ·Most of your traffic is on a phone, mid-errand. Hours, directions, and a tap-to-act button need to be visible without a scroll, not buried under a hero video.
  • ·You are competing with chains that have real SEO budgets. A local independent wins on specificity and on the map pack, not by out-spending a national brand on head terms.
  • ·A lot of searchers are not local. Visitors searching from the mall or an office park have no idea which businesses are established here, so reviews and a complete Google Business Profile carry more weight than they would in a town where everyone already knows you.
  • ·Service-area businesses need to say where they go. If you deliver or travel (rentals, landscaping, contracting), the site has to make the coverage area explicit, or you lose the customer to someone who did.

The local businesses I build for

Most of my clients are minutes from King of Prussia, in the towns right down the road:

  • ·Maxima Hair at 555 – a Berwyn salon on the Main Line, rebuilt booking-first: a clear service menu, reviews up front, and one tap to book. Inquiries doubled in the first 30 days.
  • ·Ann’s Tailoring – a Wayne institution in the Gateway Shopping Center since 2001. A fast landing page went live first so customers get the phone number and directions today, while the full site is built.
  • ·Kabab Cafe – a Persian restaurant and market in Wayne: the restaurant site, plus their in-store market rebuilt as a full Shopify catalog.

Retail, service, and professional businesses: the same mix that fills Upper Merion. If your customers are local, your website has one job. Load fast, show up on Google, and turn a search into a phone call.

Local, but not from King of Prussia

Straight answer: I am based in West Chester, about half an hour down 202, not in KoP itself. That is close enough to meet in person when it helps and far enough that I am not going to pretend I have a storefront on Mall Boulevard. What I do have is working experience with businesses that sell into this market, and no agency layer between you and the person writing the code.

KoP’s business density also makes it a magnet for agency sales teams out of Philadelphia, and most of them quote far more for the same result. Their projects often start near $8,000; mine are scoped and priced to you, with a fixed quote before any work begins. The gap is overhead, not quality. You also own the code, the domain, and the hosting outright, so nothing is held hostage if you ever want to move on.

Common questions

Have you actually built sites for King of Prussia businesses?

Yes. Pura Fiesta, a party and event rental company, serves King of Prussia and Montgomery County, and CNI Western Hardscaping & Landscaping covers the same area for outdoor construction. Both are live and linked from my work page.

Are you based in King of Prussia?

No. I am based in West Chester, roughly half an hour away down 202, and King of Prussia and Upper Merion are core to the area I serve. Local clients can meet in person; plenty prefer to run everything by email.

My competitors are national chains. Can a small site compete?

On head terms like "furniture store," usually not. On the searches that actually convert (specific services, specific neighborhoods, and "near me" queries that trigger the map pack), an independent with a fast site, a complete Google Business Profile, and real reviews competes very well. That is where I would put your effort.

I deliver across Montgomery County, not just KoP. Can the site reflect that?

Yes, and it should. Service-area businesses lose customers when the coverage area is vague. I build the towns you actually serve into the page structure so someone searching from Wayne, Norristown, or Conshohocken can tell at a glance that you come to them.

How much does a small-business website cost?

Every project is scoped and priced to you — the quote depends on the pages and features your business actually needs. You get a fixed quote before any work begins, with no surprises.

How fast can a King of Prussia business get a new website?

You see a first working version in 24 hours. Most local sites go live in 2–3 days once the content is ready, with speed, mobile, and SEO basics tuned before launch rather than after.

Who actually builds the site?
