What is UX?
UX stands for User Experience: how your website feels to use. Good UX is invisible; everything just works and nobody notices. Bad UX is the opposite, and it quietly makes people leave before they ever reach your offer.
In plain English
Think of a well-designed doorway you walk through without a thought, versus one where you push a handle that is meant to be pulled. Great UX is the first kind of door everywhere on your site: nothing to figure out, nothing that makes people stop.

Waiting kills patience; a slow page feels broken even when it works.

That snap judgment decides whether they stay or bounce. First impressions online are the result of design, not luck, so the design has to earn the second glance.
